In hilly terrain, reverse slope refers to a slope that is behind your enemies and in front of you in a gunfight. Using reverse slopes wisely will give you a great advantage, especially in complex desert maps where there are fewer bunkers.

Reverse slops can be used to study enemies with the TPP view without exposing your location.

What players above a reserve slope can see

Enemies under reverse slopes have no way of knowing what your side is doing and have no way to determine your precise geographical location. On the other hand, you can see exactly where they are going, which gives you a great edge in battles.

What players under a reserve slope can see

There are many advantages to a reverse slope, but its disadvantages are equally obvious. When you use a reverse slope to block your enemies, you will basically expose your back. How easy it is to be attacked from the rear is a fatal flaw of reverse slopes; therefore you should always watch your back when you have occupied a reverse slope. Although reverse slopes are very advantageous to the defending side, it is also prudent to watch out for Grenades, Molotov Cocktails, and other throwables.

If you really need to attack a reverse slope that an enemy has occupied, the players above the reverse slope cannot see what's happening right under them, so you can attack them with throwables after getting close to them.

To achieve good results, use a Smoke Grenade to get really close to the reverse slope, then turn to the side once the enemy can't see what you're doing to attack the enemy from a direction they aren't expecting.
